Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If The Keepsake Book is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No complicated forms.
Because the product is delivered digitally, by downloading it you ask us to supply it immediately. Where the law allows, this means statutory withdrawal rights for digital content end once the download starts, but our 14-day guarantee above still applies.
How to request a refund
Email support@chronopolis.com with the email address used at checkout. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
